I need to find Ps3 cd boxes like the ones that games come with and I need to find a site that has the game Cd?

Is it possible to find a ps3 cd cover not the box cover because I just downloaded a game of a site like call of duty per say and lets say i want to burn it onto a printable CD to make it look like a game from the store but what i need to find is design or label that they put on the cds so i can print it onto the CD to make it look real and also I would really appreciate if someone knew where I could find the same boxes they put ps3 games in.
